Learning
more about a city is not just based on visiting its museums,
listening to the local music and hearing stories told by locals. This
is especially
true in Prague. There are some things that are better
experienced in person. There are many places in this city that you
can visit with Czech
babes escorts, and many of these places use the
word “old” in their names. These places will give you a first
hand look at the past of
this rich nation.
The
Old Town Hall
The
Old Town Hall is considered one of the oldest structures in the city.
Parts of the structure were built as early as the mid 1300s and it
has
retained its purpose for a very long time. Although parts of the
structure were destroyed during the Second World War, most of the
destroyed
structures were restored. Aside from the structure itself,
it is also the home to a very interesting clock called the
“Astronomical Clock”. Built
during the 1400s, it is composed of
three major parts – the clock itself, the apostles and a calendar.
Tourists also come to this part of
the city to get a great view of
the landscape. The tower is more than 65 meters high - more than
enough to give the tourist a rare look
at the cityscape.
Old
Town Bridge Tower
Visit
the historic Charles Bridge and an old tower will greet you. It’s a
particularly interesting tower because it is often visited by
tourists because of it
offers a great view of the river, the bridge
itself and the castle. Although the structure was almost destroyed
during the 1600s, it’s still an
interesting structure as the
sculptures are still in place. There’s also a small exhibit that
features photographs of how the statue was properly
placed in the
bridge tower. Be sure to bring your camera for this magnificent view
of Prague.
The
Old Town Square
The
best place to experience Prague in its early days is in the Old Town
Square. This is even referred to as the “Old Prague” because it
provides
a perfect picture of the city in the past. But that doesn’t
mean that this part of the city is nearly dilapidated. The contrary
is actually true as this
is one of the most popular destinations for
tourists and locals. Our Lady of Tyn and the Old Tower is located in
this square. In the middle of the
square is the structure dedicated
to Jan Hus which is responsible for the country’s restoration. The
structure was erected as a commemoration
of the 500th
anniversary of the hero’s death. Just like the Old Bridge Tower,
bring your camera to enjoy the view of the square.
Aside
from the historical structures, there are also restaurants and small
coffee shops in the Old Town Square. You can go to this place
and
enjoy a cup of tea with your beautiful Czech
Republic escort.
