General Terms

no liability whatsoever and specifically provides website space that is reserved for advertising.
Discretion
Our website offers complete reliability as well as discretion for everyone visiting it. None of the information that is received by us during our
conversations with you, or any of our advertisers, will be transferred to third parties. Under no circumstances will financial or personal information
be requested by us or used in any way.
Conditions for Ordering an Arrangement
You can make direct contact with an advertiser through sending an email to her by using our form here. The advertiser will respond as soon as possible
and will inform you of their availability and dates for companionship. Once your chosen companion confirms that she is available for a specific date, you will
need to make the travel arrangements for her within 24 hours or so. After this, you will need to send her a copy of the notification showing the flight
information along with the booking number. Once she has this, the advertiser will send you her phone number so that speak or text her prior to your
appointment.
Age Requirements
You must be a minimum of 18 years of age in order to contact our advertisers or employ the services of the advertisers featured on this site. All of our
models are at least 18 years of age, and any meeting which occurs between them and you is an arrangement that is made between two consenting
adults.
Length of Arrangement
When it comes to making an arrangement with a companion, the "first day" begins at the time the companion agrees to meet with you, whether this
is in a resort, hotel, airport, train station, or where ever you prefer to meet them. If an appointment is for 24 hours, it begins at the time you meet
them and ends 24 hours later. The time and place for your first meeting with your companion is up to you, but is also subject to the agreement of
your companion.
Terms of Payment
All payments which are made to our companions must be made directly to them at the start of the meeting, in Euros(cash only). This payment must be made
no later than the first 30 minutes of the meeting.
Accommodation
Unless your companion is "on tour," we expect that your companion will stay in your resort or hotel and will share the accommodation that you've
already arranged.
Food and Drink
If you are spending longer than 12 hours with your companion, you are responsible for the costs of meals, drinks, snacks, and general entertainment
for the duration of time you spend with her. However, both the shopping and grooming costs are the responsibility of the companion.
Girls on Tour
Every so often, our advertisers will "go on tour," which means they will pick a location, pay for their own accommodations, and stay at this location
for a number of days. If you make arrangements with a girl who is on tour, you will meet with them at this location and you won't be responsible for
accommodation costs.
Cancellation of an Appointment
You may cancel your appointment at any time, but you may not be able to get a refund for any travel tickets you've paid for. After the payment to your
companion has been made, when meeting her for the first time, this to is not refundable unless circumstances arise in which she has to cancel the
appointment. In the event of this scenario, the payment made to her will be refunded to you. A prorated amount based on the time already spent
with you may also be deducted, and will be dependent on how much time you've already spent with her.
In the event that you decide to terminate an appointment that is already in progress, for any reason, no refund can be made. The advertisers want to
ensure the clients that they are all treated with the utmost respect, and they wish to please, rather than disappoint. Should your companion need to
cancel due to illness, a death in the family, or another catastrophic event, she agrees to refund the cost that you paid for your travel ticket.
Policy for Companionship
All fees paid to your companion are for their time and companionship. Anything else that occurs during the companionship period is a matter
of choice
between two consenting adults and does not involve any
payments. Anything implied or inferred by any text or images within these pages
is NOT to
be taken as inducement for payment for anything other than
time and companionship. |
